Refund policy
We want you to love your AURELO ritual. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Because our products are consumable supplements, for hygiene and safety we can only accept returns of unopened items; opened items may still qualify for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee at our discretion. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge — just email us a photo.
